A new war between South Sudan and the Sudan ignite the entire Great Lakes region. This is due to a series of regional alliances, sometimes cross, which would impact different countries against each other. Certainly the Uganda take the field alongside the SPLM, the Congo and the DRC could move from Sudan, as well as the Central African Republic (there is a treaty of mutual aid among the three).
