week of workouts, the first serious after the "big blind", pointed out that one could imagine a worse shape but I did not think was so strong: The image is good in my development .............. :-O
BPM higher than 10 units in all the training done, and 20''/ km slower: These statistics .... But the unforgiving part of the game, the I know, how can I know that lost form maybe even go back quickly or not return at all ... we'll see, I run waiting:-D:
- CL 65 'to 4.50 per km on dirt path-plate;
- CM 60' 4 , 20/km: great suffering for this medium especially in the second part where it increased the bpm of different units!
- CL 70 'a 4.48-km route on completely flat;
- LL progressive: at a local brand (Cordenons PN, march dell'Anzul), 24km to increasing intensity on a cardiac track-field-mixed asphalt and dirt roads with icy sections also quite different WARNING: Before calm km, 10km and marathon effort and commitment from the last 5km to half marathon for a final average of 4.25 / km.
Run is good ... so good races raga :-)
