positive week workout after workout because I can recover some''/ km lost in the "big blind" beginning of the year even if the data speak for themselves ..... but I run and run and then we'll see & # 224; :-). Running this week:
- CL 70 'to 4.40 per km on path flat plate, with the final stretches easily;
- CL 65 'to 4.43 / km on hilly course, with the final stretch;
- 6x1000 rec. 2'30'' workout that I did not do a couple of months and I have suffered both in the fast (3.43 / km) that recovery (4.40-km) but I managed to complete without physical injury and that was what mattered to me!
- 35km LL: long course at the beautiful (and praise organization of 10) non-competitive march Vallenoncello (Pn) on the occasion of its 35th anniversary gave us more than the usual runners kmtraggi also the path of 35km with a surprise ending or with the asphalt in the last 6-7km gives way to fields from terrreno treacherous .... a true trail! As for me 22km CL cmq with beats. sull'altino and always the last 13km to intensity RM / CM....quanto the chrono everything is relativized running the last part in the middle of meadows and so I have no clear data in hand if we exclude the final average of 4.30 per km and 153bpm. In the end, in addition to pancakes and crostoli, pasta and beans for all tripe! :-O
as to the original question ..... are there:-P ... I am after 35k with team-mate Luis in a complete which does not allow (hopefully:-D)
