Here I am after each of the last two sessions of the week just past .... or pure fatigue before, during and .... I can not recover after workouts like I used to do, yet it is that is killing me:
CL 60 'flat on the path to 4.37 / km;
4x2000 rec. 1000: Here I spit blood to reach 3.50 per km on the fastest and 4.20 / km in the recovery. The post was very traumatic with the sole desire to throw myself on the couch ...
CL 65 ' on undulating to 4.45 / km;
CLS CL + 17km 8km: we have had during a march Sunday (Cessalto TV) very well organized and has a large participation of the population runner (including the legendary Pasteo ) very satisfied with the various paths available (including the longest of 31.5 km, just for future marathons). Leaving aside the time the general feeling is that I did not go down: legs packed, breath also involved with low bpm, exaggerated perception of fatigue .... desire to finish as soon as possible despite the splendid day ..... it's fatigue? me ... the question arises:-P
Luckily Sunday I go around here just to make merry picnic and learn a little 'to the right people :-)
