Rose Arbor By Croscill

There are many initiatives that take forward and, seeing someone every now and then check out this blog, I tell her:
This afternoon around 17:00 I'll be in Via Fioravanti a lesson with my capoeira teacher Walter Da Costa, the lesson is completely dedicated to children in an initiative that Walter has just begun and is charged with a nice atmosphere.
With capoeira will travel for many weekend I'll be the next in Rome, Palermo and 18/11 for the 27/28 of November promises a big event just to Bologna. He floated the idea of \u200b\u200bmaking something special just for children on that date. The gym
Sao Salomao Italy is a crossroads of energy charge and gives me a lot, because it created several initiatives and, last but not least, the hope and intent that CAXINGELè arrive in Italy next spring. Even the family Malaussene not switch off, will start from next week's aid to foreign students in need.
Hugs to everyone ... especially 3 ^ B!

Florence Road to week 7 / 12: Venice is magic! Road to Florence

image

(Thanks Andrea for the photo .... Dono con fiocco)

As the title implies, you are really beautiful and Venice yesterday for a number of reasons you were even more. Let's see why Sorriso.

arrived in the start area 2h hours before the start after the classic bus trip organized by my company, I have plenty of time for the usual pre-race preparations to make the photo with my wonderful sport group (GS Mercuryus) .... and attend various meetings of the highly successful Blogtrotters and R. Forum, now rendezvous and adrenaline Sorriso of marathons (and others) in which I participate. ...

image The departure that arrives on time at 9:30, between the filming of the helicopter above us, the speaker, the trampling of the bpm and the runner going up like mad, as is always exciting! Here we go!

Veneziano The program included a 4.20-km constant ... and so it was ... the program also included to accompany Claudio research of staff, and was also a Alvin and so it was not the boy's preferred to run a bit 'in reserve. ... (TDS data in hand ...) .... but since it is managed wisely cmq. to hit a big PB A bocca aperta compliments man!

As for me feeling very positive with bass beats for the first 10km (151bpm) then I had some results with cardiac 156bpm back to the 20th km and 162 km to the 25th ... then steady 165bpm until the end. Total average 157bpm. Feeling great to bridge, then I've had to push the accelerator to maintain a constant average and just from that point on I think I have added quality to this very long that the longer you can not Occhiolino.

be noted in passing the new Piazza Ferretto in Mestre that you made this even more daunting marathon, but has made it even more beautiful ...: running in the midst of this bedlam of people was really creepy ... .. congratulations to the organizers!

The arrival in Venice, after the infamous bridge, it will charge a lot! We never get used, it was incredibly welcomed by a lot of people ready to incite and to push towards the finish line: you can also be fruit, but as a public deserves a reward. ... And I think this was rewarded by each runner ... . ready for a day to reach their limits (even for only 2km Con la lingua fuori) and thanks to all of these supporters also prronto to overcome them .... aa ready to give everything he has inside himself ... .. because in his heart he knows that if cuts that blessed goal Having given all of himself then winner regardless of any other consideration.

cmq realizing I close in 3:02:34. my PB lagoon ... and this is another reason that made me see Venice more beautiful than usual, but the reason that most of all I made it beautiful and memorable is that someone very important and he wanted to be be my personal supporter ... ... Siri Cuore rosso to you I dedicate my Venice ... ... ... ... .. ja ja

week 6 / 12: but before you go to Venice ... .. Road to Florence

image

As the title Next Sunday I will run the Marathon of Venice, an obligatory stopover on the way to Florence , that will give me a good long test! The race pace will be about 10''/ km slower than I should apply, but I have to decide whether to run all 42k at that pace or walk a few km more fun .. We'll see! In any case it will be a show as always, lots of people, bands, fantastic journey, and many many people to cheer for us runners! To me it would take a just because I would give a large charge. ... Occhiolino

After the effort I have other Venetian 5 weeks to refine the preparation and groped under the 3 hours in Florence!

The past week has been characterized by a marked decrease enough heart rate at a given speed, and this I found not only in the slow lane but also (and especially) in the work of quality. Usually this is an encouraging fact that indicates an improvement of the general athlete, but if a low bpm is simultaneously a state of fatigue as he held the chair .... For me it is one of the situations that frighten me most when the same is repeated for 2-3 times in a row. ... It is a clear sign of overtraining ! ... but do not be afraid Verica was just sitting in the slow run on Friday, where I felt really tired! Sorriso

week:

- CL 60 ' : held on hilly course with a fabulous atmosphere at 4.38 / km!

- CM progr.: 9km from the gangways Progressive Media (4 '/ km) and accelerating 5''/ km every 3 km .. beats very low for the step taken, but not fatigue;

- 4x2000 +1000 : repeated for the third time I run about the same pace, but with beats of 3-5 units less than previously and the absolute mastery of the situation here ... I could even dare to say a little something in more. Part fast 3,37.7 / km, part slow to 4.13 per km.

- CLR 60 ' : its makes me tired in opting for a slow run of regeneration that I really served. 4.46 / km to 139 bpm;

- CLS 17km : wind, rain and mud did not allow me to properly evaluate this training. I cmq. completed as planned without much trouble and indeed recovering fatigue on Friday. Rhythm on the 4.15 / mile.

How To Make Other Women Jealous

A TRUE STORY - The film

We saw "a true story" is a delightful film by David Lynch on the afternoon of Friday, will be the result of investigation as opposed to the fantastic story of "Labyrinth" and the narrative features of "Text likely." The film is not easy, but I'm sure that will enrich the taste, a film so rich in detail. For an afternoon, the superhero of children will have been an old man riding a lawn mower ... Simone

Recurring Deposit Formule

my friend Elena

A friend of mine, a pupil of mine who saw my first steps in being a teacher and that with me deconstruct an anatomical model of a human activity as an alternative to religion, this summer has had a rather serious accident. I've learned a few weeks ago and I was sorry, I'm worried. Now is better. Elena
True? So you've taken and the fear is more or less passed. We just want to dedicate a few lines, remember that in the midst of the busy schedule there is a thought for you. Not duty, not for but just because you are clipping a piece of my life too.
Hugs, Simone

How To Highlight Purple

Freedom of religion: the dialogue of the deaf between China and the European Union

taken from Asianews

Bernardo Cervellera
In Brussels, European parliamentarians and bishops call for greater attention to persecution, religious freedom and human rights in relations between the EU and other countries, a few steps, meeting with Wen Jiabao and other Asian representatives just about economics. Yet the EU has always been proud to stand as a champion of human rights. The emptying of the words is one of the methods of totalitarianism (H. Arendt).

Rome (AsiaNews) - At the Brussels European Palace yesterday, there have been two important meetings show that deafness - and schizophrenia - with which they operate, the European Union and its partners, especially to religious freedom.
Almost simultaneously two meetings were held: one on the persecution of Christians, wanted by European bishops and members of the European People's Party, and the Asia-Europe, where Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao has been the protagonist .
the conference on persecuted Christians, took part - more than MPs Mario Mauro, Italian, Polish and Konrad Szymanski - several witnesses of the persecution: Mgr. Louis Sako, archbishop of Kirkuk (Iraq); TM Joseph, dean of the Newman College, Thodupuzha (India), Kok Ksor, president of the Montagnard Foundation (Vietnam, based in the U.S.), Msgr. Eduard HIIBORO KUSSALA, bishop of Tombura (South Sudan). Present and representatives of several agencies working to support the persecuted communities, such as Aid to the Church in Need "and" Open Doors ".
Szymanski said that "Europe can not remain indifferent to the fact that" 75% of killings related to hate crimes in their own religion affect Christians. " Mauro, in turn, said that "religious freedom is the condition by which all other freedoms are guaranteed. "

A few hundred meters from the first conference was held instead of the ASEM summit, a meeting between EU and Asian countries. The rally was attended by representatives from 46 countries. To the astonishment of some observers, there was talk of the climate, the yuan, terrorism, aid to poor countries, but not human rights. Yet, even without waiting for the adoption of the Written Statement of the Conference on the persecution, the EU claims to always include in its relations with other countries the issue of human rights (and religious freedom, human rights at least as an appendix).

Qualitiesof A Good Nurse

Gattaca - The door of the universe rests in peace

( Gattaca) is a 1997 film written and directed by Andrew Niccol.

is a science fiction film set in a near future where class struggles have emerged between those who are born genetically programmed and who was born with a genetic nature.

One imagines that, at the time the story takes place, some human beings are to be born with a genetic near-perfect selected before fertilization directly from parents about a group of embryonic cells. Through this process it is possible to anticipate the future physical condition, health and hereditary characteristics of the unborn. Ultimately some people are raised without imperfections.

Thanks to amazing achievements made by science, there is the possibility to choose the genetic makeup of the child who wants to give birth. And if you happen to become pregnant 'naturally', we must be careful. This is precisely the fate of Vincent Freeman, conceived in the laboratory but not for love, now labeled as 'bad' boy vulnerable to emotional and ambitious. Vincent chooses a subterfuge to deceive the authorities and propose the role of navigator Gattaca Corporation. Get in contact with Jerome Morrow, a man of superior nature paralyzed after an accident and is willing to sell their genetic material. So Vincent is able to assume an identity even if they have the right to hide their imperfections, alter myopic eyes and change its height with difficult surgery.

Unfortunately the rain prevented the show in Piazza Maggiore was possible sin.
I attach to my blog some pictures of the past two days with Eagle's association Malaussene family. The hospitality of the inhabitants of Tempera (fraction of the Eagle), the moments of fun with their past and the landscape is still destroyed by the earthquake are pushing me to involve readers as you encountered.

Road to Florence 2010, week 4 / 12 Florence Road to

image

(In the picture the beautiful scenery of the beautiful hills of Prosecco, beautiful places to run, walk and relax your body and soul ... .. :-))

Week Running I'd say good, no hitch and brought home as scheduled despite the important time dancer:

CL 60 'hill 4.38 / km;

CLS 70' to 4, 14/km below 157 bpm with a good time. Feelings of fatigue in the legs in the first half and then much better. Perhaps I had not yet disposed of half of Udine. Short drift rate in the final

CL 60 'hill 4.40 / km;

4x2000 + 1000: average of 3.38 per kilometer with a recovery to 4.12 / km. Great commitment is 2 weeks before, maybe not al limite come dimostrano i bpm.

Buone corse ragazzi!
