week 6 / 12: but before you go to Venice ... .. Road to Florence

As the title Next Sunday I will run the Marathon of Venice, an obligatory stopover on the way to Florence , that will give me a good long test! The race pace will be about 10''/ km slower than I should apply, but I have to decide whether to run all 42k at that pace or walk a few km more fun .. We'll see! In any case it will be a show as always, lots of people, bands, fantastic journey, and many many people to cheer for us runners! To me it would take a just because I would give a large charge. ... After the effort I have other Venetian 5 weeks to refine the preparation and groped under the 3 hours in Florence!

The past week has been characterized by a marked decrease enough heart rate at a given speed, and this I found not only in the slow lane but also (and especially) in the work of quality. Usually this is an encouraging fact that indicates an improvement of the general athlete, but if a low bpm is simultaneously a state of fatigue as he held the chair .... For me it is one of the situations that frighten me most when the same is repeated for 2-3 times in a row. ... It is a clear sign of overtraining ! ... but do not be afraid Verica was just sitting in the slow run on Friday, where I felt really tired! Sorriso

week:

- CL 60 ' : held on hilly course with a fabulous atmosphere at 4.38 / km!

- CM progr.: 9km from the gangways Progressive Media (4 '/ km) and accelerating 5''/ km every 3 km .. beats very low for the step taken, but not fatigue;

- 4x2000 +1000 : repeated for the third time I run about the same pace, but with beats of 3-5 units less than previously and the absolute mastery of the situation here ... I could even dare to say a little something in more. Part fast 3,37.7 / km, part slow to 4.13 per km.

- CLR 60 ' : its makes me tired in opting for a slow run of regeneration that I really served. 4.46 / km to 139 bpm;

- CLS 17km : wind, rain and mud did not allow me to properly evaluate this training. I cmq. completed as planned without much trouble and indeed recovering fatigue on Friday. Rhythm on the 4.15 / mile.
