Friends Gay Truth Or Dare
Ecco l’idea….:
... ... .. and if it was my new workout companion? :-) ... Cabbage always run alone :-( What do you think?
Apart from the splendid idea, a week, to tell the truth a little 'relaxed, you but closes with the first chest of autumn-winter considering the feelings and the fastest time makes me optimistic :-):
CL 60 ' : easy and relaxed travel over the same hilly route with a bit 'of the final stretch. ... Average 4.35 / km;
3x3000 rec. 3 'at CL : I should also do the 4th and I would be able to cut but I preferred not to push too hard and make sure that the body was able to assimilate such an effort! In any case, ran with the right effort and never went "beyond" with average to 3.43''/ km and average recovery to 4.30''/ km;
CL 65 ' : travel easier and relaxed usually on the hilly course with a little 'to the final stretch. ... Average 4.30 / km;
CM to Marathon in Udine :
at this wonderful half that number grows each year (1500 to the start!) and I played a CM organization that gives me good confidence in preparation for the pursuit of Florentine :-)! Not easy to resist the temptation to run 'muerte "after just a few miles, but I resisted until the end of mileage or" almost ":-D. Pleasantly surprised by the good response of the beats (mean 163) and quite good (but better) your stride! Anyway. stroke average of about 4 '/ km or less and up to this final miles where I left a bit' ... the horses go the last mile to 3.30 which makes me stop the time to 1:23:03 . Excellent training!

Micmichael Vick Cleats
(In the photo along Sile, a fabulous place to jog or even just to walk ... ...)
Second week in the direction of Florence and the load begins to be reasonable: - ). I continue to suffer the slow pace and long CL and LL and the beats are still high, but it is quite obvious. ... It takes perseverance and consistency. Not bad on the other hand, repeated 2000:
CM 9km progressive : slight progression starting from the media and increasing every 3km race pace''of 5-km race that now settles on average 4.05 per km ;
CL 12.5 km hilly : beaten track on the beautiful hills of Conegliano in the rain that surprised me in the middle seat. ... Rain on a progressive :-( 4.45 / km;
repeated 4x2000 +1000 : bogey of the week brought home with a knife between his teeth and gives me a bit 'of confidence :-) ... .... course I have reached the limit and pulse points that probably have never seen in training, in particular, the last being in 2000 at 177bpm average and 182 max. Mean of the fast at 3.38 / km, average recovery of 4.13 per kilometer;
CL 12.5 km hilly: nothing to emphasize in the final part of a reduction of bpm. 4.40 / km;
LL + 22km = 30km 8km CLS: first long in the direction of Florence confirmed that a certain fatigue in long, slow race with a strong heart comes in the second half and after the acceleration in the last km ... there are jobs available ... but as always, do not despair :-)! Total Average 4.30 / km, 151 bpm; here in detail

Specialized Crossroads -elite -hybrid
The first week of preparation for Florence I confirm a decline in overall shape, but I would expect values much worse ... I am confident that the trip will be a great trip and that will take me where I'm going :-)
Early fireworks 'fireworks started:
CL 12.5 km Hill: 4.50 / km and a feeling without cardio.
15x300 with 1'05''to recovery CL: workout done in the rain that came and went, and that has really broken the Zebedee. Repeated difficulties in the first leg then gradually more and more withdrawn so that the last 5 times longer to slow down ... I had closed the margin! Media 59''alto total fast, the average recovery 4'35 / km.
11k CL completely flat : slow running at 4.45 / km for the heat unbearable and the thousands of flies that made me skip dinner :-( proved to be the most grueling race of the week ... . I could not wait to finish it!
4x2000 progressive recovery with 3 'to CL: Obviously the most feared of the training week, but in relation to the current form I played better than I thought. While reaching values for cardio me very high (especially with the last repeat at 175bpm average) on other occasions I have reached levels of more suffering ...! Just as well, better not be repeated in precisely the limit, the better to have small margin, otherwise the risk of not recovering adequately for the next'allenamento becomes possible ...! Anyway. 'nuff said here are the cold numbers of these 2000:
1 to 3.41 / km
2 ° to 3.40 / km
3rd at 3.38 / km
4th at 3.35 / km
with an average recovery to 4.35 / km.
21km hilly and progressive : workout 92 'held at the non competitive walk of San Fior (TV) on a hilly route markedly. Party intensity by the CLR to finish the last 3km intensity from HP. Good training from the point of view, muscle, cardio and gps without forcibly L :-(. Heat.
Good racing amigos!

If demography is destiny of a country, Italy can be considered moribund. This indicates the Wall Street Journal in an editorial by the eloquent title "Italy, RIP" (Italy, rest in peace), signed by journalist-writer Giulio Meotti citing a study by James Vaupel German director of demographic research, according to which if it continues the current trend of falling birth rates, the Italians now living and their children will remain 40 years from only 10 million.
The greatest threat to the inhabitants of the beautiful country are facing, it is stated in the article, is that dell'autoimmolazione population. Since 1994 - the figures quoted - the number of births is routinely exceeded by that of deaths, fertility is at its minimum, 1.3 children per woman. In the sixties, was 2 children per couple.
The crisis of the birthrate, says the WSJ, is likely to have disastrous economic and social consequences. Already today, 22 percent of the Italian population in retirement age, one of the highest rates worldwide. Italy is also intended to security on 15 percent of GDP (gross domestic product), more than any other European nation. Italy is not the only country on the brink of demographic suicide, said the editorial. But it is the first in the world who live the so-called "crossing over", where what the number of those under 20 is lower than that of over 60. By 2050, the newspaper announced, 60 percent of Italian children of older generations will not have brothers, sisters, cousins, uncles or aunts of First Instance.
Not the result they imagined scientists and Nobel Prize "Club of Rome 'in '68 that denounced the dangers of possible overcrowding, the result of baby boomer. "Secular prophets' calling for a turnaround to face any economic crisis and was heavily influenced by the thesis of Georgescu-Roegen, author of the book" the décroissance Demain "(Tomorrow, the decrease).
A paradoxical situation is that the lower rates of fertility - we read the editorial - are concentrated in the most religious countries in Europe, including Catholic Italy. The highest birth rates are concentrated instead in the secular and secular northern Europe, especially Scandinavia. And little seems to be serve the welfare of choices: five months full pay and six months' salary reduced, in Italy''motherhood''is''well paid by comparison with the U.S. or Israel, the two developed countries with the highest fertility rates high''.
ISTAT simply reply that according to his studies in 2050 will be 60 million Italians living, how can this difference between the two estimates fifty million? Probably the 10 million mentioned in the WSJ refers to people born in Italy and Italian ancestors, residents may instead be estimated by ISTAT for the vast majority of children and grandchildren of immigrants, but that the ISTAT is careful not to say it.
At this stage, therefore, be postponed and social policies necessary to support the family, a true pillar of society, the heart of the consolidation and strengthening of our community. Against the alarming decline of births should be taken measures encouraging and supporting the natural family and traditional. For one thing such as a monthly allowance to housewives who prefer to stay home to play a key role in support of the family and then society

1st Birthday/ Baptism Invitations Combined
After a couple of months relaxing in the race (I must admit absolutely necessary to recharge) and especially in the writing ;-), here I am in great demand: mrgreen: again on these screens :-).
The desire to run and train with the method I was waiting for are finally arrived. ... finally here I can say that I recognize you! Objective short jogging .... Go under 3 hours to my debut in Florence, not easy considering the state's current form ... :-( I just have to run and follow the beloved Orlando National for the next 12 weeks ... :-) .. and then we'll see!
Yesterday I completed a fine of LL to D +400 26km in the hills of Colle Umberto (TV), played at the classic running time: just over 2 hours of absolute well-being ... ..!
Good racing!
