The first week of preparation for Florence I confirm a decline in overall shape, but I would expect values \u200b\u200bmuch worse ... I am confident that the trip will be a great trip and that will take me where I'm going :-)

11k CL completely flat : slow running at 4.45 / km for the heat unbearable and the thousands of flies that made me skip dinner :-( proved to be the most grueling race of the week ... . I could not wait to finish it!
4x2000 progressive recovery with 3 'to CL: Obviously the most feared of the training week, but in relation to the current form I played better than I thought. While reaching values \u200b\u200bfor cardio me very high (especially with the last repeat at 175bpm average) on other occasions I have reached levels of more suffering ...! Just as well, better not be repeated in precisely the limit, the better to have small margin, otherwise the risk of not recovering adequately for the next'allenamento becomes possible ...! Anyway.
